All products are sold subject to availability. We take care to make sure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. If an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct it and, if needed, cancel or refund an order. Prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment

Shipping
Dispatch times, delivery estimates, and shipping details are outlined on our Shipping page. We aim to meet estimated delivery times, though delays can occasionally happen for reasons outside our control.
Returns and Refunds

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have a product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled. If you need help with an order before then, please contact us as soon as you can and we'll do what we're able to.
